ORCHID and SCOPUS : organize your research profile

When your research activities happen across multiple sources, it can be a challenge to organize and distinguish your work from that of others. The solution? Establish an ORCID record so you can better manage this challenge. ORCID.org, a non-profit community-driven organization, offers a transparent way for you to link your research activities and outputs to one unique identifier. Through a partnership between Scopus and ORCID.org, you can connect your Scopus author ID and publication records with your ORCID identifier. Once the two IDs are linked, visitors to your Scopus Author Profile page can click on your ORCID number to access your complete author record in ORCID. Click here to review and send your Scopus Author details to ORCID.

Tip: Scopus allows you to search for an author by ORCID number. From ‘Author Search’ go to the ORCID box and enter the ID you wish to find.

ChemTube3D

ChemTube3D contains interactive 3D animations and structures, with supporting information for some of the most important topics covered during an undergraduate chemistry degree. ChemTube3D now works on computers, smart phones and tablets - use latest versions of browsers for best results.

eDissertations for Chemistry MSc courses DT233, DT237 and DT276 now available

eDissertations for the School of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences MSc 2014 cohorts are now available to view and download via the DIT Library Website. These courses include:

1. DT233 MSc in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and Biotechnology
2. DT276 MSc in Pharmaceutical Validation Technology
3. DT237 MSc in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and Regulation

  To access:

• Start at the DIT Library Website
• Using the 'Search the Library Catalogue' box menu choose TITLE search and input your course code DT233 or DT276 or DT237
• View the project listing and click to open and view the title you require.
• A DIT Library Pin is needed to access the pdfs.
• Or use the DIT Library eDissertations Guide
