Reaxys: new chemical database
New to DIT Library's database collection Reaxys is a chemical database solution which integrates searches for reaction and substance data with synthesis planning and chemical sourcing.
Reaxys offers excerpted compounds and related factual properties, reaction and synthesis information, as well as bibliographic data – in inorganic, organometallic and organic chemistry research. Content is drawn from selected journals and patents so that only experimentally validated data are included in Reaxys. Small molecules (organic, inorganic and organometallic compounds) are only excerpted if they have:
- A chemical structure;
- An experimental fact (property, preparation, reaction);
- A credible citation.
Access the database here or via DIT Library's database listings
