Effective Science Communications: New eBook and webinar Tuesday 16th June

There are many challenges facing scientists today. On top of the traditional pressures of career development, securing research funding, finding that next big breakthrough and publishing in leading journals, being a scientist in the 21st century demands effective communication and navigating through a range of different media channels.

IOP Publishing will be running a free webinar with the author of Effective Science Communications (Second Edition): A practical guide to surviving as a scientist, Dr Sam Illingworth, on Tuesday 16 June. Attendees will be guided through his latest book which they will also be able to download for free through the live webinar. To register please contact library.relations@ioppublishing.org.
