Focus On: Lexis UK #notfakenews #askus
All language students and staff should check out the Kevin Street Library guide to Nexis UK. Nexis UK is an excellent database which provides full text access to a wide range of newspapers etc from around the world including Die Zeit and Le Figaro. We have produced a brief user guide to this resource which is available here.

Update re. PubMed database content for biomedical science students and researchers
If you regularly access the PubMed database for assignments or research purposes please be aware that due to the government shutdown in the US the information on the PubMed website may not be as current you'd expect. Updates will be made available on the site - please see the latest one below:
Because of a lapse in government funding, the information on this website may not be up to date, transactions submitted via the website may not be processed, and the agency may not be able to respond to inquiries until appropriations are enacted.
The NIH Clinical Center (the research hospital of NIH) is open. For more details about its operating status, please visit cc.nih.gov.
Updates regarding government operating status and resumption of normal operations can be found at USA.gov.
